It's been a challenging decision - what to write in my first blog post? It's been on my mind for days and I'm looking for my purpose. I suppose I really want to say hello and welcome. I probably want to impress you too. But most of all, I want to invite you 'in' to this place of knowledge sharing, where I hope to write some words that will inspire and compel you to create and connect. 

It's cold in Hobart today and I'm dreaming of warmer climes, somewhere like this lake above, sitting in calm contemplation or swimming in its waters, the gentle lap of water against my skin...
